M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Course


In this course, participants will be given 4 lectures about M&A (Merges and Acquisitions) comprehensively from the view of investment bank division. On each day, we will hold a speech about the details in operating M&A, given by our selected sponsors. In a group of 5, participants are required to make a suitable M&A proposal to Panasonic Corporation, and the presentation will be commented by professionals.
